When the Lights Went Out, UK Tour, TARA, Aug - Nov 2007
Vera's first job out of drama school was this colourful two-hander which toured nationally in schools and studios for TARA.
Based on the Indian epic ,The Ramayana, When The Lights Went Out told the story of Rama and Sita using scarves, masks, dance and song. Venues included The Yvonne Arnaud Theatre, Watermans Arts Centre, Oldham Coliseum, Half Moon Theatre, Darlington Arts Centre, Glasgow Citz, and Bradford Alhambra:
